      Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-today work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

      Responsibilities:

      Shift Timings: 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM IST

      Key Responsibility & Role:

      • Managing complete end-to-end recruitment life-cycle including sourcing & screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement till the date of joining for all job roles.
      • Oversee the entire life cycle of recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
      • Source fit-for-role talent through job postings/searches in job boards, referrals, etc.
      • Leverage best practices and internal technologies to develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire.
      • Screening of CV and engaging with the candidate to ascertain the technology skills and experience.
      • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all involved parties are kept informed of schedules and schedule changes.
      • Ensuring timely feedback collection and sharing of the feedback with the candidate.
      • Assist in offer rollout to the shortlisted candidates and engage with candidates to negotiate on offers when required.
      • Stay connected with the candidate in the offer-to-on-board phase and ensure the candidate feels engaged until the actual joining date.
      • Create and implement data-driven practices to optimize hiring performance.
      • Understand and improve recruitment processes to make them more efficient, while upholding quality, volume in pipelines, and closures.
